Driver – Warehouse Deliveries in Great Dunmow

About the role

Our client is opening a new warehouse in Great Dunmow and needs a reliable Driver to deliver products across London and the South‑East. You will be the face of the business, ensuring each delivery meets the high standards expected by customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle safety checks before each journey.
• Load and unload the van safely, handling products with care.
• Deliver goods to commercial and residential customers, obtaining proof of delivery where required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and road‑worthy vehicle.
• Report any vehicle defects or customer issues promptly.
• Assist in the warehouse when needed and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence.
• Previous experience driving a van.
• Good knowledge of London and surrounding areas.
• Physically fit and able to lift/move products safely.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Full UK driving licence
• Van driving experience
• Forklift licence (training can be provided)
