Driving Consultant – Recruitment (Transport & Logistics)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Driving Consultant to join our busy recruitment team that specialises in the transport and logistics sector. Based in Croydon, you will work closely with both clients and HGV drivers to match talent with the right opportunities and help grow our commercial desk.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and drivers.
• Source, screen and register HGV and other driving candidates.
• Manage bookings and ensure driver availability for assignments.
• Carry out compliance checks and keep accurate records.
• Develop new business opportunities within the driving sector.
• Provide excellent customer service and ongoing support to both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment experience, preferably on a driving desk.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment and handling multiple priorities.
• Target‑driven attitude with a positive outlook.
• Full UK driving licence is preferred.
