Driving Instructor – Earn up to £50k with Flexible Hours

About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join My Four Wheels as Driving Instructors. No prior teaching experience is required – you will receive full training and support to become an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and start teaching learners across the UK.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver practical driving lessons to learner drivers within a 30‑minute radius of your home.
- Prepare and follow lesson plans, ensuring safety and compliance with DVSA standards.
- Complete DVSA Part 2 assessment and obtain a trainee licence to begin earning while training.
- Maintain accurate records of learner progress and lesson details.
Required profile
- Hold a full UK driving licence for at least 3 years.
- Maximum of 5 penalty points and no bans in the past 5 years.
- Reliable, patient and confident communicator.
Required skills
- Valid UK driving licence.

- Typical lesson rates around £38 per hour, with potential earnings of £39k‑£50k+ per year.
- Complete flexibility to set your own working hours – mornings, evenings or weekends.

- Access to dual‑control vehicles (e.g., Ford Puma, Renault Clio, MG3, Vauxhall Corsa).
- Structured training academy covering DVSA Parts 1‑3 with online theory, in‑car coaching and classroom sessions.
- Training fees reimbursed in full after one year of service.
