DT Technician (Short-Term) – Immediate Start

About the role
This short‑term position supports the Design & Technology (DT) department of a well‑established secondary school in Wirral. The role starts immediately and will run for a few weeks, providing practical assistance during a busy period.
Key responsibilities
- Support DT lessons across the department.
- Prepare materials and maintain workshop equipment.
- Ensure workshop safety standards are upheld.
- Assist teaching staff with practical tasks as required.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a DT Technician in a school setting.
- DATA training preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to support practical lessons.
- Availability to start immediately.
- DBS clearance required.
Required skills
- DATA training (Design & Technology specific training).
