Dual Fuel SMART Meter Installer (Glasgow)

About the role

E.ON is seeking motivated Dual Fuel SMART Meter Installers to join its growing field team in the Glasgow area. You will work directly with customers, helping them manage energy costs by installing and servicing SMART PAYG meters while delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Visit residential and commercial customers to install, replace, or upgrade SMART PAYG meters.
• Provide tailored advice on payment solutions and energy usage.
• Investigate and secure tampered meters, ensuring safety compliance.
• Lead warrant teams when required to safely disconnect meters.
• Plan efficient daily routes to minimise carbon footprint.
• Record visit outcomes and upload data, including video footage, via mobile devices.

Required profile

• MOCOPA, CMA1 or MET2 qualified.
• Full UK/EU driving licence (up to 6 points acceptable).
• Comfortable working independently in the field.
• Reside in or near Glasgow with broadband access at home.
