About the role

We are seeking a Dual‑Site Dental Practice Manager to lead two well‑established dental practices within a multi‑site group offering NHS and private services. You will ensure smooth operations, clinical excellence and a superior patient experience across both locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations across both practice sites.
• Lead, motivate and develop multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor operational performance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Grow NHS and private service revenue.
• Review financial performance, budgets and profitability.
• Oversee staff rotas, recruitment, onboarding and retention.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Refine processes to enhance productivity and service delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Dental Practice Manager or similar role.
• Proven track record in managing dual‑site practices and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of NHS and private dentistry environments.
• Demonstrated leadership of sizeable teams.
• Confidence in analysing financial indicators and key performance metrics.
• Experience with compliance, audits and quality standards.
