Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Edinburgh

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Dutch‑English Customer Service Advisor to join a leading travel business in Edinburgh City Centre. You will handle customer enquiries across phone, live chat and email, providing end‑to‑end support while enjoying a balanced work schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travel customers via phone, live chat and email.
• Take ownership of each query from initiation to resolution.
• Meet performance targets such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), Quality Assurance (QA) and Average Handling Time (AHT).

Required profile

• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer service or a contact centre.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
