Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Dutch‑speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our travel‑focused team in Edinburgh. You will assist customers with their travel enquiries through phone, chat and email, delivering friendly and efficient support.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound travel enquiries via phone, live chat and email.
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and accuracy.
• Keep up‑to‑date with current promotions, policies and product information.
• Participate in team projects, huddles and knowledge‑sharing sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Capable of managing multiple web chats with fast, accurate typing.
• Goal‑oriented, comfortable working towards KPIs and targets.
• Motivated, adaptable and eager to learn and develop.
