About the role

Join Kabannas, a modern hospitality brand located steps from London St Pancras, as a Duty Manager overseeing the hotel, specialty coffee, and natural wine areas. You will lead the front‑of‑house team during your shift, ensuring the guest experience reflects Kabannas’ warm, playful, and authentic vibe.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Front‑of‑House operations on shift, maintaining smooth and consistent service.
• Address guest feedback promptly and professionally, turning issues into positive experiences.
• Uphold brand standards, health & safety policies, and operational procedures.
• Manage bar stock, ordering, and organization of coffee and wine supplies.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver a seamless guest journey.
