Duty Manager – Shift Leader in Hospitality

About the role

Join Prezzo as a Duty Manager and become the heartbeat of each shift. You’ll open and close the restaurant, lead the team when the General Manager is away, and ensure every guest experiences our signature hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant as a keyholder.
• Lead the team during busy service periods.
• Maintain cash handling procedures and complete end‑of‑day cash‑up.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and operational standards.
• Deliver a memorable guest experience and act as a role model for staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality as a server or supervisor.
• Natural confidence to lead a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable, positive attitude with a passion for making people smile.
• Eagerness to learn the operational side of a successful restaurant.
