Dynamics 365 Developer (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer to shape and build a brand‑new D365 / Power Platform environment. This is a greenfield implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, offering the chance to own the platform from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and customise solutions across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, etc.).
• Leverage Power Platform tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate to deliver clean, scalable solutions.
• Develop plugins, workflows, integrations and APIs, and support releases across dev, test and production environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate requirements into working solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing systems, addressing performance, fixes and enhancements.
• Create reports using Power BI and SSRS.

Required profile

• Solid experience developing on Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and clear communication with cross‑functional teams.
