Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP Developer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) ERP Developer to join our digital transformation team in West London. The role focuses on designing, developing, customizing and supporting ERP solutions while leveraging Power Platform and AI-driven automation.

Key responsibilities

• Customize, configure and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++, C# and extension frameworks.
• Support core ERP modules such as Procurement, Purchase Orders, Vendor Management, General Ledger, Budgeting, Payments and Travel & Expense.
• Design and build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows and AI‑powered assistants with Copilot Studio.
• Implement integrations with external systems using Dataverse, Virtual Tables, REST APIs and Power Platform patterns.
• Create automated approval workflows, enforce auditability and compliance controls.
• Participate in the full ERP lifecycle – requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live support.
• Provide third‑line technical support and drive continuous improvement of Dynamics 365 solutions.

Required profile

• Active SC clearance.
• Proven experience developing on Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes in finance, procurement and operations.
