Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant – Remote (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to provide day‑to‑day functional support for Customer Engagement modules, delivering first‑class service to users while expanding knowledge of Finance & Supply Chain Management. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑ and second‑line functional support for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Assist users of Customer Service, Sales and Customer Insights applications.
• Configure and maintain security roles, business process flows, workflows, forms and views.
• Investigate and resolve functional issues, escalating when necessary.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Support testing activities, including User Acceptance Testing and Microsoft release updates.
• Develop expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management to support broader business processes.

Required profile

• Commercial experience supporting or configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of at least one CE application such as Customer Service, Sales or Customer Insights.
• Proven ability to configure security roles, business process flows, forms, views and workflows.
• Experience gathering requirements and assisting business users.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving capabilities.
