Dynamics 365 Lead Developer – Customer Engagement

About the role

We are looking for a senior Dynamics 365 Lead Developer specialising in Customer Engagement and Field Service to join Clarion’s team in London. The role is hybrid, offering flexible working while delivering high‑quality solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex builds and extensions of Dynamics 365 Field Service, including mobile and resource scheduling optimisation.
• Resolve difficult production issues and ensure robust, resilient solutions.
• Collaborate with the Dynamics Field Service Architect to translate designs into code.
• Mentor and manage two Technical Consultants, guiding their development and ensuring delivery standards.
• Implement ALM practices, environment strategy, source control and release pipelines.

Required profile

• Significant hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service in a production environment.
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse for design decisions.
• Proven senior technical contributor with ability to coach junior staff.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
