Dynamics 365 Lead Developer (Customer Engagement)

About the role

Clarion is looking for a senior hands‑on specialist to lead the design, build and support of Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions. You will work closely with the Dynamics Field Service Architect and mentor a small team of Technical Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex builds and turn architectural designs into resilient solutions.
• Resolve difficult production issues and ensure high‑quality delivery.
• Manage and coach two Technical Consultants, raising the technical standard of the team.
• Define and maintain ALM strategy, source‑control practices and release pipelines.
• Collaborate with the architect on integration using RESTful APIs, Logic Apps and Power Automate.

Required profile

• Extensive hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service, including mobile and resource‑scheduling optimisation.
• Strong knowledge of the Power Platform and Dataverse for sound design decisions.
• Proven senior technical contributor who knows when to lead and when to mentor.
• Experience with Dynamics ALM, environment strategy and good engineering practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
