Dynamics 365 Technical Lead – CRM Transformation

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Dynamics 365 CE Technical Lead to drive a major CRM transformation programme. The role combines hands‑on solution design, delivery leadership and stakeholder engagement to move our on‑premises CRM to a cloud‑based Dynamics 365 platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver secure, scalable Dynamics 365 CE solutions.
• Lead technical design across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
• Drive CRM migration, integrations and data transformation activities.
• Oversee configuration, customisation and development throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical leadership during delivery, go‑live and post‑implementation optimisation.
• Support BAU operations while evolving the future CRM landscape.
• Champion governance, security and platform capability best practices.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise CRM solutions and migrations.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform, Dataverse and Azure integration.
• Understanding of solution architecture, ALM and Agile delivery.
• Ability to influence technical direction and work with senior stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
