Dynamics 365 Trainer – Hybrid (Bristol)

About the role

Dynamics 365 Trainer needed by a market‑leading professional services organisation in Bristol. The role is hybrid (2 days in‑office) on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with strong potential to extend or become permanent.

Key responsibilities

• Lead training workstreams across multiple change and transformation projects.
• Design and deliver engaging learning solutions for end‑users.
• Create eLearning modules, instructional videos and digital learning content using tools such as Adobe Captivate.
• Produce user guides, quick‑reference materials and knowledge resources.
• Deliver virtual and face‑to‑face training sessions, webinars, floor‑walking and go‑live support.
• Develop micro‑learning and video‑based training materials.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand learning needs and drive engagement.
• Support wider change‑management and user‑adoption activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering technology‑focused training programmes.
• Previous experience training on Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
• Strong eLearning and digital content creation capabilities.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
