E-commerce Account Executive

About the role

This permanent position is based in Swindon and focuses on managing a portfolio of online marketplace customers for a global consumer brand. You will act as the primary point of contact, using data analysis and commercial insight to grow sales and optimise product ranges across platforms such as Amazon and eBay.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with ecommerce and marketplace customers.
• Analyse sales performance, stock availability and product turnover.
• Propose new products, launches, promotions and upsell opportunities.
• Support range reviews and recommend delistings.
• Write and maintain accurate product listings and descriptions.
• Handle customer queries, including QA, compliance documents and test certificates.
• Coordinate promotional activity and seasonal campaigns.
• Conduct regular customer calls and reviews (monthly, quarterly, bi‑annual).
• Collaborate with internal marketing, supply chain, finance and operations teams.

Required profile

• Experience in ecommerce, sales or account management.
• Understanding of online marketplaces; Amazon experience is highly desirable.
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical abilities.
• Confident communicator comfortable working with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

What we offer

• £38,000 base salary plus quarterly and annual bonus (OTE approx. £6,000 per year).
