E-Commerce Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Analyst to join a fast‑growing digital analytics team. In this role you will turn web and customer data into actionable insights that drive online performance, improve the customer experience and support commercial decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse website traffic, sales and customer behaviour using SQL, BigQuery and Google Analytics 4.
• Translate business challenges into analytical solutions and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Partner with e‑commerce, marketing and product stakeholders to identify opportunities and prioritise high‑value initiatives.
• Build, maintain and enhance dashboards and self‑service reporting tools using Power BI or Looker.
• Monitor key e‑commerce metrics and evaluate the commercial impact of insights.
• Develop and optimise ETL processes, data pipelines and automation to improve analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience analysing e‑commerce data.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to present insights clearly.
• Experience working in a collaborative, data‑focused environment.
