E-Commerce Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an E‑Commerce Coordinator to own and develop our specialist sports and security fencing web shop. Based in Petersfield, you will manage the day‑to‑day operations of our WooCommerce store on WordPress while contributing to the wider digital sales strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product listings, specifications, pricing and inventory in WooCommerce and the WordPress backend.
• Collaborate with technical teams on plugins, extensions and site security.
• Design and optimise multi‑channel digital campaigns using WordPress marketing plugins, Google Ads, Meta Ads and email tools.
• Map the customer journey, reduce cart friction and implement abandoned‑cart recovery tactics.
• Configure shipping classes, zones and delivery information, and coordinate order fulfilment with procurement and warehouse teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing WooCommerce stores, preferably in construction, industrial or fencing sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of WordPress, plugin management and e‑commerce best practices.
• Ability to analyse data, communicate across departments and optimise user experience.
