About the role

Rock My Wedding, the UK’s leading online bridal publication, is seeking a commercially‑driven E‑Commerce Editor to own and grow its affiliate content and partnership strategy. This hybrid role blends editorial creativity with revenue‑focused partnership management, delivering high‑performing commerce content across wedding‑related categories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate content strategy, creating and optimising commerce‑focused articles across weddings, beauty, fashion, travel and lifestyle.
• Manage relationships with affiliate networks, merchants and brand partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Negotiate commission rates, CPA agreements and exclusive offers to maximise revenue.
• Monitor affiliate performance, track revenue and conversion metrics, and recommend improvements.
• Maintain seasonal content calendars and ensure timely execution of retail campaigns.
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners that align with the audience.
• Use successful campaigns as case studies in commercial sales conversations.
• Collaborate with brands and agencies to create integrated affiliate and sponsored content.
• Support the delivery of paid partnership and sponsored campaigns while upholding editorial standards.

Required profile

• Strong editorial instincts combined with commercial awareness.
• Proven ability to build and nurture partner relationships.
• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing affiliate programmes.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
