E-commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, commercially‑minded e‑commerce professional to own and grow our online stores. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will manage the day‑to‑day operation of multiple WooCommerce sites across international markets, driving traffic, improving conversion and increasing revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain product information, pricing, content, imagery and promotions on WooCommerce sites.
• Collaborate with SEO, PPC and digital‑marketing partners to grow qualified traffic.
• Plan, coordinate and analyse A/B testing on landing pages, product pages, navigation and checkout.
• Monitor and improve KPIs such as revenue, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS and CAC.
• Identify opportunities to increase average order value through merchandising, cross‑selling and promotions.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to inform pricing and positioning.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and suppliers, coordinating project delivery.
• Coordinate website enhancement projects with developers and stakeholders.
• Produce regular performance reports, tracking budgets and highlighting trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in e‑commerce, digital marketing or website management.
• Commercially sharp, data‑driven and comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Experience working with external agencies and suppliers.
• Proven ability to produce performance reports and present insights.
• Comfortable working with budgets, KPIs and performance targets.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management and stakeholder‑communication skills.
