E-Commerce Project Manager – WordPress & BigCommerce

About the role

We are looking for an experienced E‑Commerce Project Manager to lead the delivery of key digital commerce initiatives. You will work across a WordPress CMS environment and the BigCommerce platform, focusing on integrations, customer experience improvements, and online trading capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of e‑commerce projects and platform enhancements.
• Manage initiatives across WordPress, BigCommerce and related integrations.
• Coordinate delivery involving internal teams, stakeholders and third‑party vendors.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure successful implementation of Stripe payment integrations.
• Drive continuous improvements to online customer journeys and digital performance.
• Provide clear project governance, reporting and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering e‑commerce or digital project management engagements.
• Strong understanding of WordPress CMS.
• Experience with BigCommerce platforms (ideal).
• Knowledge of payment gateway integrations, preferably Stripe.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Strong planning, communication and delivery skills.
