E-Learning Developer

About the role

We are partnering with a global retail organisation to create engaging digital learning experiences for their internal data products. As an E‑Learning Developer you will translate complex data concepts into interactive training modules that help business users adopt new tools and platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive e‑learning courses using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Collaborate with data, product and operations teams to gather content requirements.
• Convert technical documentation and stakeholder input into clear, engaging learning pathways.
• Test and iterate learning modules based on user feedback and performance metrics.
• Maintain version control and documentation for all learning assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating e‑learning content for corporate audiences.
• Strong ability to communicate complex ideas in an accessible manner.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working fully remotely.
