EAM Transformation & Asset Management Lead (2-year contract)

About the role
We are seeking an experienced leader to drive the transformation of RNLI’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system over a two‑year fixed‑term contract. The role will define, design and implement a new EAM solution while ensuring continuity of current asset operations.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the design and rollout of RNLI’s future EAM operating model, processes, governance and data standards.
- Maintain effective oversight of existing asset management activities during the transition.
- Engage stakeholders, manage change adoption and track benefits realization across the organisation.
- Ensure asset investment, lifecycle planning and deployment decisions deliver maximum value and operational readiness.
Required profile
- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Asset Management, Business Change or a related discipline.
- Significant experience delivering asset management or ERP‑enabled transformation in a complex operational environment.
- Proven track record of leading system‑driven business change, from requirements definition through to adoption.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and maintenance processes.
