Early-Career Designer 2026

About the role

We are seeking an early‑career designer who questions the obvious and thinks through making. You will work on architectural‑scale projects, turning ideas explored through sketch, models and prototyping into compelling 3D proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop concept ideas and visualisations using sketching and modelling techniques.
• Create physical and digital models to test and communicate design intent.
• Produce detailed 3D proposals for client presentations.
• Collaborate with senior designers and multidisciplinary teams.

Required profile

• Graduating in 2026 (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a recent graduate with up to 3 years of experience.
• Curiosity and a strong creative spark.
• Ability to combine free‑form and analytical thinking.
• Confidence working in 3D through sketch and modelling.
• A clear visual voice and ambition to grow as a designer.
