About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to support primary schools across the Hailsham area. The role offers flexible full‑time, part‑time or temporary assignments, allowing you to gain valuable classroom experience while choosing a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
Key responsibilities
- Teach across a variety of primary schools on a day‑to‑day or longer‑term basis.
- Deliver engaging lessons using supplied teaching plans.
- Build confidence and classroom management skills.
- Explore opportunities that may lead to permanent positions.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and Early Career Teacher status.
- Recent teaching experience with references.
- Willingness to complete enhanced DBS and vetting checks.
