About the role

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join partner schools across Lancashire, including Preston, Blackburn and Chorley. This temporary full‑time placement offers trainee teachers the chance to gain practical classroom experience in primary, secondary or SEND settings.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver lessons and support pupils in primary, secondary or SEND classrooms.
  • Collaborate with school staff to implement safeguarding and behaviour management strategies.
  • Participate in school‑wide initiatives such as phonics and Makaton programmes.

Required profile

  • Current trainee teacher or recent graduate seeking classroom experience.
  • Willingness to work in schools across the North West region.
