About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECT) to support primary schools across the Seaford area. Whether you prefer full‑time, part‑time or occasional days, you can gain valuable classroom experience while exploring pathways to permanent positions.
Key responsibilities
- Teach across a variety of primary schools on a supply or long‑term basis
- Deliver engaging lessons using provided teaching plans
- Build confidence and classroom management skills
- Identify potential long‑term or permanent teaching opportunities
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and ECT status
- Recent teaching experience with references
- Willingness to complete enhanced DBS and vetting checks
