About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to join supportive primary schools in Sevenoaks and surrounding Kent villages. The role offers flexible arrangements – you can work part‑time, full‑time or on a temporary basis – allowing you to build confidence and experience across different classroom settings.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons to primary‑age pupils.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Adapt teaching approaches to suit varied school environments.
- Collaborate with senior staff to support pupil wellbeing.
- Travel between schools in rural villages as required.
Required profile
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) holder.
- Early Career Teacher eager to develop professional skills.
- Enthusiastic, flexible and able to work across multiple schools.
- Driving licence and access to a car are highly desirable.
