Early Career Teacher – Primary (Full‑time/Part‑time, Temporary)

About the role

Vision for Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work in primary schools across Northumberland. Positions are temporary and can be taken on a full‑time or part‑time basis, offering flexibility to suit your circumstances.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for primary‑aged pupils.
• Provide support for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
• Collaborate with teaching and support staff to promote pupil progress.
• Follow school policies and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Required profile

• Experience working with primary school children.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND.
• A genuine passion for the progress of primary pupils.
• Desire to join a committed teaching team.
• Successful completion of an Initial Teacher Training (ITT) programme.
