Early Career Teacher – Primary (North London)

About the role

Reeson Education is building a candidate pool for Early Career Teachers (ECT) to start permanent positions in September 2026 across primary schools in the borough of Enfield, North London. The role offers the chance to begin a teaching career in a supportive environment, covering EYFS, KS1 and KS2.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons for primary‑aged pupils.
• Create an inclusive, positive classroom atmosphere.
• Assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and staff.
• Contribute to wider school life and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by September 2026.
• Passion for inspiring and motivating primary children.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational abilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to continuous professional development during the induction year.
