Early Careers Teacher (ECT) – SEND Specialist

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Early Careers Teacher (ECT) to join an outstanding SEN school in Warrington. You will work with children who have a range of additional needs, delivering engaging, child‑centred lessons and supporting their progress throughout the school year.
Key responsibilities
- Motivate, engage and inspire students with SEN.
- Plan and deliver a well‑sequenced curriculum tailored to individual needs.
- Manage behaviour positively in line with the school’s ethos.
- Ensure lessons are inclusive, meet statutory requirements and support learning outcomes.
- Uphold confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion policies.
Required profile
- Compassionate, nurturing attitude towards children with additional needs.
- Early career teacher (ECT) with a passion for SEND.
- Ability to work with pupils experiencing communication, sensory, cognitive, behavioural or medical challenges.
- Commitment to professional standards and continuous development.
