Early Years Apprentice – Nursery Educator

About the role

Join Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, as an Early Years Apprentice. You will work in a vibrant nursery environment in Maidenhead, supporting children’s development while gaining a nationally recognised qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that follow the EYFS framework.
• Support the early years team in providing high‑quality childcare and learning experiences.
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Assist with daily routines, health and safety checks, and record‑keeping.
• Participate in regular coaching sessions and feedback meetings.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and caring attitude towards children.
• Strong desire to learn and develop a career in early years education.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Commitment to the apprenticeship schedule and training modules.
