Early Years & Childcare Apprenticeship Skills Coach

About the role

This permanent, full‑time position supports learners on Early Years and Childcare apprenticeship programmes across the North West. You will travel to partner nurseries, delivering blended learning and coaching to help apprentices achieve their qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Teach, coach and mentor apprentices throughout their learning journey.
• Conduct regular on‑site visits to assess progress and provide feedback.
• Deliver training using a blended approach of face‑to‑face and digital resources.
• Ensure apprenticeship standards, knowledge, skills and behaviours are met.
• Maintain accurate records of learner achievement and progression.

Required profile

• Level 3 AET and CAVA qualifications, or willingness to obtain them during onboarding.
• Significant experience in Early Years or Childcare settings.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
• Commitment to travelling across the North West to meet learners.

• Access to a personal vehicle.
