Early Years Educator – 4‑day week, £27.5‑30k

About the role
We are looking for a qualified Early Years Educator to join our nursery in Ealing Broadway. You will help children learn through play, fostering curiosity and confidence in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver the “learning through play” ethos across daily activities.
- Create innovative, age‑appropriate activities that challenge and engage children.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Promote child welfare and adhere to all safeguarding procedures.
Required profile
- NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS.
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self‑motivated, energetic and passionate about early education.
Required skills
- Knowledge of EYFS curriculum.

- Salary £27,500‑£30,000 per annum.
