Early Years Educator – 4‑day week, £28‑31k

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Educator to join our Acton nursery. You will help shape young minds through play‑based learning while enjoying a flexible 4‑day work week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘Learning through play’ ethos across daily activities.
• Design and implement innovative, age‑appropriate learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote child welfare and adhere to all safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 or equivalent (e.g., NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree, QTS).
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic, and positive with a genuine passion for early years education.
• Good planning and organisational abilities.
