Early Years Educator

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Early Years Educator to join our nursery in Gerrards Cross. You will help children learn through play, fostering curiosity and confidence in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver our “Learning through play” ethos and develop innovative activities.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Promote child welfare and follow all safeguarding procedures.
• Plan and organise daily sessions in line with the EYFS framework.

Required profile

• NVQ/Cache Level 3 Diploma in Early Years, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and children’s learning and development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivation, energy and a passion for delivering high‑quality educational experiences.
