Early Years Educator (Level 3) – Cambridge

About the role

We are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a modern nursery in Cambridge. You will help create a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where children can learn and develop. The role offers excellent career development and a supportive team atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework.
• Plan and support engaging activities that promote children’s development.
• Observe, record and report children’s progress.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and cleanliness.

Required profile

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
• Previous experience working in an early years setting.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Caring, reliable and enthusiastic approach.
