Early Years Educator (Level 3)

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a family‑focused nursery in West Norwood. You will deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences, acting as a Key Person for children and families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality care and learning experiences for children.
• Act as a Key Person, building strong relationships with children and families.
• Plan and deliver engaging activities supporting the EYFS framework.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high standards across the setting.
• Promote safeguarding, health, safety and wellbeing at all times.
• Contribute to observations, assessments and planning.

Required profile

• Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Positive, reliable and professional approach.
• Team player with a desire to learn and develop.
