Early Years Educator / Montessori Teacher – South West London

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Educator / Montessori Teacher to join a welcoming preschool in South West London from September. The role is full‑time and offers the chance to work in a beautiful, single‑storey setting within a park, supporting young children through child‑led, creative learning.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a Key Person for a designated group of children, planning and delivering engaging activities and outings.
• Implement both the Montessori curriculum and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Maintain detailed learning journeys, observations and assessments for each child.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
• Collaborate with specialist teachers and other branches to enrich the programme.

Required profile

• Experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Professional appearance and commitment to high standards.
• Genuine passion for supporting young children’s development.
