Early Years Educator – Nursery (Full‑time)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join our small, welcoming one‑form entry primary school in Hampstead Heath. You will work in a Nursery class of 15 children, supporting the delivery of the EYFS curriculum alongside the class teacher.

Key responsibilities

• Support high‑quality, creative, play‑based learning experiences.
• Encourage children’s curiosity, independence and love of learning.
• Promote positive behaviour, inclusion and social development.
• Observe, assess and contribute to reporting and planning discussions.
• Assist with daily classroom routines and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.

Required profile

• Level 3 (or Level 4) qualification in Early Years education.
• Key‑worker experience in EYFS, including assessment and planning.
• Energetic, positive attitude with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Creative confidence in delivering interactive, play‑based activities.
• Flexibility and adaptability within a supportive team.
