About the role
We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 3 qualified Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team in Rochester, Kent. This full‑time position starts in September 2026 and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the youngest learners.
Key responsibilities
- Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in an EYFS setting.
- Create a nurturing, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to deliver high‑quality early years education.
- Uphold safeguarding policies and promote child welfare at all times.
Required profile
- Recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Previous experience working within an EYFS setting.
