About the role
We are seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join a dedicated team in a vibrant pre‑school setting within a school environment. You will work with 2–3‑year‑old children, supporting their learning, development and confidence during the autumn term and potentially beyond.
Key responsibilities
- Work directly with children to support their learning and development.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills with children, parents and staff.
- Maintain reliability, professionalism and adaptability in daily tasks.
Required profile
- Holds a recognised Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Passionate about supporting young children.
- Reliable, proactive and enjoys working as part of a team.
- Can commit to five days a week (Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am – 3:30 pm).
