Early Years Level 3 Practitioner – Pre‑School & After‑School Club

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly team in the Cotswolds from September on a long‑term basis. The role supports children in our pre‑school and after‑school club, delivering high‑quality care and engaging activities in a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing throughout the day
• Planning and delivering engaging, age‑appropriate activities
• Creating a safe, caring and stimulating environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Demonstrating strong communication skills and a professional, reliable approach

Required profile

• Hold a recognised Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Previous experience working within an Early Years setting
• Passionate about supporting children’s development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
