Early Years Practitioner – 4‑Day Week Option

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our nursery in Isleworth. You will work 40 hours per week with the flexibility to spread those hours over four days, giving you an extra day off each week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver our ‘Learning through play’ ethos to children.
• Design and implement innovative, age‑appropriate activities.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote child welfare and follow all safeguarding procedures.

Required profile

• NVQ/Cache Level 3, NNEB, Montessori Diploma, Early Years Degree or QTS.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and positive outlook.

Required skills

• Planning and organisational abilities.
• Ability to create engaging, play‑based learning experiences.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child welfare policies.
