About the role
We are seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our supportive setting in the Medway area. This full‑time position offers an immediate start and the chance to help young children thrive within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Key responsibilities
- Support the learning and development of children in the EYFS.
- Plan and deliver engaging, development‑focused activities.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to meet each child's individual needs.
Required profile
- Previous experience in an Early Years setting.
- Good knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Caring, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Understanding of EYFS standards.
- Ability to plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities.
