Early Years Practitioner – Havering (Full‑time/Contract)

About the role

Reeson Education is seeking enthusiastic Early Years Practitioners to join a talent pool for September 2026 placements across Havering, including Romford, Hornchurch, Upminster and Rainham. You will work within nurturing nursery environments, delivering high‑quality early education and care.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning through play in line with the EYFS framework.
• Encourage communication, social and emotional development.
• Assist with early maths and phonics activities.
• Carry out daily care routines and uphold safeguarding procedures.
• Collaborate with fellow staff and families to create a supportive setting.

Required profile

• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (essential).
• Experience working in early years settings or as an Early Years Practitioner.
• Understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Positive, nurturing and reliable attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
