About the role
Reeson Education is seeking a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join its nurseries in Islington. The role offers flexible working patterns – full‑time, part‑time or daily supply – to match your availability while supporting children’s development in line with the EYFS framework.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities that promote early learning.
- Observe, record and share children’s progress with parents and staff.
- Assist with daily routines, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high standards of care and education.
Required profile
- Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification.
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of EYFS principles.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills.
