Early Years Practitioner – Level 3 (Level 2 Considered)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our welcoming nursery in Chelmsford. The role offers a supportive environment where you will help children thrive in line with the EYFS framework.

Key responsibilities

• Support children’s learning, development and wellbeing in accordance with the EYFS.
• Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively within a close‑knit team.

Required profile

• Level 3 childcare qualification (or equivalent) – Level 2 candidates welcome with training provided.
• Caring, patient and enthusiastic attitude.
• Genuine passion for early years and child development.
• Reliable, professional and a strong team player.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
